Description:
RCWL-0516 is a highly efficient and compact microwave radar sensor used primarily for motion detection, offering a robust and inexpensive alternative to traditional infrared (PIR) sensors. This sensor is particularly favored for projects where the detection of motion or the presence of objects in an area is required, such as automatic lighting systems, security systems, and various IoT (Internet of Things) applications. The RCWL-0516 operates using Doppler radar technology, making it sensitive to movement in its environment.
