To check the status of your order, follow these simple steps:

  2. Go to your order history:

  3. Select your order:
    Find the order you'd like to track and click on it. You’ll be able to see details such as the current status (e.g., processing, shipped, delivered) and any tracking information.
  4. Track your shipment:
    If your order has been shipped, you’ll find a tracking number. Use this number to track the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Alternatively, we’ll send you email updates as your order progresses. These emails will include links to track your order directly.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If the Product you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped faster. In case of any delays due to stock availability, you will be notified via email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities (e.g., Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, etc.) – Typically, 1-3 business days.
  • Other cities and towns across India – Generally, 3-5 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues. You can always track your shipment using the tracking details provided after dispatch.

We offer free shipping across India for all orders above ₹1000. If your order total is below this amount, a minimal shipping charge will be applied at checkout based on your location. This ensures that we can continue providing reliable and fast delivery services for all customers.

Products purchased at Hasti Impex Store can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Return is acceptable when the ordered product is damaged/faulty at the time of receiving the product. Product damaged by the customer is not applicable for return. Products need to be in their original packing along with all included accessories and parts, to be deemed eligible for a return.

Our team will get back to you on the ticket for collecting all the necessary information, please ship the product back to our warehouse.

Once the item is received in its original packaging, and in working condition, we will issue the refund/replacement to you.

Return shipping is provided only when the ordered product has been received as faulty/damaged by the customer. Alternatively, we may ask you to ship the product and refund the shipping costs upon verification.

Usually, a refund will happen within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of refund, in case you haven't received a refund after 3-5 working days please write to hastimpex@gmail.com so that our team will inspect and get back to you.

If the order is unshipped, you may cancel the order. Please write to hastimpex@gmail.com requesting for cancel of order with order ID, or you can reach out to us via chat.

In unexpected cases, wherein Hasti Impex might be unable to fulfill your order due to shortage of inventory or any other Inventory issues, we may cancel your order against a full refund. Alternatively, you may inform our Customer Support team if you’d like to purchase any other product from our store using the credit amount.

You can pay us through credit/debit cards, UPI, Paytm wallet, and net banking. Cash on delivery (COD) is available as a payment method for orders with minimum value of Rs.500/- and upto Rs.3000/- only.
